Once your data are not already necessary, or if you have requested its erasure, they will be treated following the data protection regulations, it means that they will be locked and be only available for legal requests, or for the competent public administrations during the necesary period for the actions that may derive and, subsequently after the blockade period, their complete elimination.If, at the end of the contractual or service relationship, there are pending litigations, as long as no final decision is met, personal data may be retained and exclusively used for evidentiary purposes.
